I had been thinking about doing a train for many years, but the complicating factor was the engine. Steam trains need to be rounded! I also wanted to create a trestle bridge reminiscent of the Glenfinnan Viaduct. ( You may know it from Harry Potter!) Overall, the whole piece is about oversized fun on the way!
