The fall semester of 2023 saw the offering of FYS100: Foundations in Gingerbread: History and Beauty in Novelty Confection, which has been a dream of mine for many years. Happily, this continued for another year!
Through voting via donations, these festivals have supported both
Elizabethtown Community Housing and Outreach Services (ECHOS) and Elizabethtown Communities that Care (CTC) thus living the motto of Elizabethtown College -
